Work

Guess what peoples? I am officially employed again! I am back working at Waters Construction, doing the grunt jobs i do so well ;) Though i have to say, i don't plan on working here long.

In this post, i will outline my plans for the future...so you can laugh at me when they all explode in my face ;)

If all goes well, i plan to work at this job for another three months or so, which will basically give me insurance and pocket cash until i get a better job. After those three months are up, i will turn 18 (scary thought) and will try to get into a retail job, and hopefully i will have some contacts that will be able to help me land it. After working there for three months, i will have the experience prereq to apply at a variety of companies that are looking for a LOT of employees through Monster.com...and which pay about 16 an hour, at which point i can save for a car. Once a car is acquired, i shall be able to look for better jobs in a larger distance radius...and follow things from there. And THAT, my dear readers, is my short-term work plan. Now, if only this would work...

Granted, all of this will be a moot point if i fall off the roof on Monday.
